Local & Domestic Delivery

An $8.99 service charge applies to all orders for local and domestic delivery.

  • Orders placed Monday thru Saturday before 11a.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11a.m. Eastern Time can be delivered the following day.

  • Orders placed anytime on Sunday can be delivered the following day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO’s.

The Florist or Courier will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.

International Delivery

An $8.99 service charge applies to all orders for International delivery.

International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States and Canada. Floral arrangements delivered Internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Currently, specialty gifts are unable to be sent internationally. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required for your order.

  • International deliveries can be made the next business day when you place your order by 2p.m. Eastern Time.

  • Orders placed after 2p.m. Eastern Time on Friday can be delivered the following Monday.

  • Orders placed after 2p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday or anytime on Sunday can be delivered the following Tuesday.

    • Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

    We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO’s.

    Delivery by FedEx® or UPS®

  • At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by FedEx® or UPS® are only available for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Next Day, Two Day, and Standard Delivery (3-7 business days) are available for most products.

  • Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available.

  • Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

  • Perishable items may require Next Day or Two Day Delivery to avoid spoilage.

  • Delivery to hospitals and remote areas may take an additional 3-5 days.

  • We are unable to process orders for delivery to PO Boxes and APOs, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

  • Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount.

  • Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

  • Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.
